Cha-Ching runs in the menu bar and has no Dock icon or main window.
Keys are stored in the macOS Keychain on your Mac and are never sent anywhere except to the platform they belong to.
macOS hides menu bar items when the bar runs out of room, which is common on laptops with a notch. Try quitting an app that owns a menu bar item, or use a menu bar manager to reveal hidden items. Relaunching Cha-Ching also brings it back.
Check that the API key has read permission for charges or orders on that platform, and that the date range filter is not set to a period with no activity. If the key was recently created, some platforms take a few minutes to activate it.
Open the app and click Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If it still does not unlock, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then email us.
Open System Settings, click your Apple ID, choose Media & Purchases, then Subscriptions, and select Cha-Ching. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Removing an account in Settings deletes its credentials from your Keychain. Since there is no Cha-Ching server, uninstalling the app removes everything else. See the privacy policy for detail.
